What You’ll Experience in The Ceremony

Your evening includes:

Arrival Into Sacred Space

You’ll enter a room intentionally prepared to help you transition from the busyness of everyday life into a quieter, more reflective state.

Opening Ceremony

We’ll begin with a simple ceremonial ritual centered around intention and presence.

No prior experience is needed.

Guided Breathwork Journey

Using a carefully facilitated breathing process and an immersive musical journey, you’ll be guided inward at your own pace.

Optional Immersive Headphones

For those who wish to deepen their experience, optional surround-sound headphones will be available during the breathwork journey.

The immersive audio creates a more intimate experience, allowing you to feel fully surrounded by the music while minimizing outside distractions.

You are welcome to use the headphones or simply experience the ceremony through the room’s sound system.

Rest & Integration

After the active breathing portion, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, journal, and simply notice what has shifted within you.

Closing Ceremony

We’ll conclude with a meaningful closing ritual that helps you carry the experience beyond the ceremony and into your everyday life.

Note: Tickets are non-refundable after Aug. 12th due to the very limited space.

Time: 7:00 – 8:30 pm.

Note: Do not eat at least an hour before arrival.

Group Size: Limited to 10 participants

Experience Level: Beginners and experienced participants are welcome.

What to Bring:

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you relax, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask if desired.
